Who is responsible for your data

PRADA CONQUISTADOR LLC, a limited liability company organised under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, trading as AiR Lab, is the controller of the personal data you share with us through this website and our free tools.

What we collect

Only what you provide voluntarily through our forms and tools:

• Name
• Email address
• WhatsApp or phone number
• Your company name
• Whatever you choose to share about your operation when describing your bottleneck

We do not collect sensitive personal data, financial data or card information. Our tools are free and process no payments.

What we use it for

We distinguish between processing that is necessary to deliver the service you asked for and processing that is optional and requires your separate consent.

Necessary purposes. Without these we cannot deliver what you requested:

• Giving you access to the free tools and delivering the results they generate.
• Contacting you to schedule and follow up on the free diagnostic you requested.
• Answering the enquiries you send us by form, email or WhatsApp.

Optional purposes. You may decline these without affecting the main service:

• Sending you educational content about automation and applied artificial intelligence.
• Letting you know when a tool you joined the waitlist for goes live.

We do not use your data for any purpose beyond these without asking you first.

How we obtain your consent

Every form on the site includes a checkbox accepting this notice, which you must tick explicitly before submitting your data. By ticking it, you consent to the processing described here. You may withdraw that consent at any time through the channel indicated below.

Who we share it with, and international transfers

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data with third parties.

We use service providers that process data on our behalf and under our instructions, solely to operate the site and the tools. These providers hold servers in the United States of America, which means your data is subject to international transfer:

• Google LLC — storage of contact records in Google Sheets and execution of the script that receives them.
• Web3Forms — delivery of email notifications when you complete a form.
• Vercel Inc. — website hosting and aggregate traffic analytics.

These providers are contractually bound to protect your information and not to use it for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

We retain your personal data for three years from your last contact with us. After that period we delete it, unless a legal obligation requires us to keep it longer or you have requested deletion earlier.

Site analytics

We use Vercel Analytics to understand, in aggregate, which pages are visited and from which countries. This tool sets no tracking cookies and builds no individual browsing profiles.

Local storage in your browser

Our free tools save your progress and your registration in your own browser's local storage, so you do not have to start over each time. That information lives on your device, not on our servers, and you can clear it at any time from your browser settings.

Your rights

At any time you may request:

• Access — to know what data we hold about you and how we process it.
• Rectification — to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erasure — to have your data deleted from our records.
• Objection — to stop processing for a specific purpose.
• Withdrawal of consent — to revoke the authorisation you gave us.
• Portability — to receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.

If you reside in Mexico, these correspond to the rights known there as ARCO rights. If you reside in the European Union or the United Kingdom, they correspond to the rights recognised under the General Data Protection Regulation, including the right to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority.

Changes to this notice

We may update this privacy notice when our practices or the applicable regulations change. Any change will be published on this page, with the corresponding update date.
